If you can’t find your PIN code, or if it doesn’t work, please follow these steps:

1. Haven’t received your PIN?

  • Check that you entered the correct phone number when booking (see your booking confirmation).

  • Look in your spam/junk folder – sometimes the PIN ends up there.

  • If you still can’t find the code, contact the local operator. Their details can be found at the bottom of the booking page for your KAYAKOMAT and in your confirmation email.

2. PIN code doesn’t work

  • Make sure you are trying to open the correct slot – the number is displayed above the kayak.

  • The PIN code only becomes active exactly at your booking start time. If you try earlier (e.g. 2 minutes before), it won’t work.

  • Press any button to wake up the lock. Enter the code and then press the padlock button to confirm.

3. If it still doesn’t work

  • Call the local operator for assistance.

  • If you don’t get an answer, try making a new booking if something is available. We can assist with a refund for your original booking afterwards.
