We’re sorry if you received the wrong kayak or if any equipment was missing. Our concept relies on customers returning kayaks, paddles and life vests to the correct place after use.


1. Contact the local partner

Call the local partner for assistance – the phone number can be found in your booking confirmation as well as on the station’s booking page. They can often help you switch to another rental compartment.

2. If you don’t get a response

  • Wrong kayak in the compartment: Make a new booking on-site if there is availability. We will assist with a refund for the first booking afterwards.

  • Missing equipment: Check if there is equipment (e.g. paddle or life vest) available in another compartment that you can use. Please let us know which compartment you took it from so we can update our records.
